If i had liability insurance on my car, how would I be able to file a claim.? - casino liability insurance

My car was stolen. I do not need full coverage, to recover the loss of the car? I thought I could at least an inquiry to the insurer for reimbursement of the casino and psychological stress. This casino has a horrible warranty and customer service poor. I understand that I am at your own risk park, but I remember no indication that the responsibility.

  1. No need to place these posters. If your car is thanks to the elements - the time and related rights.

If you do not "cover" the entire vehicle, which is not required by most state laws, you are responsible for the loss.

File a police report if you have not already done so, and we hope that your vehicle will be displayed in the courtyard of the police.

Otherwise, good luck with the search for a new car ... Sorry for your loss ...

  2. It takes a total coverage (coverage), to turn against their own insurance. Check your policy to make sure you do not have coverage. In order to sue a casino .... You park at your own risk generally. The question of the sign may depend on what state. And if your car has a relatively low may be able to bring a small claims court and not pay them a lawyer.
